Led down lamp is a product developed on the basis of traditional down lamp by using new LED lighting source. Compared with traditional down lamp, it has the following advantages: energy saving, low carbon, long life, good color rendering and fast response.
The luminous principle of downlight: the terminal voltage of PN junction forms a specific barrier. When the forward bias voltage is applied, the barrier drops, and most carriers in P and N regions diffuse to each other. Because the electron mobility is much larger than the hole mobility, a large number of electrons will diffuse into the p region, which constitutes the injection of a small number of carriers into the p region. These electrons recombine with the holes in the valence band, and the energy they get is released in the form of light energy. This is the principle of PN junction luminescence.
